Steven Kent Austin

StevenKentAustin.COM is a site dedicated to serving investors who were cheated by that felony minded scoundrel Steven Kent Austin, and his side-kicks.

The publisher at StevenKentAustin.COM is entitled under the U. S. Constitution and Bill of Rights to take "poetic license" when establishing from textural narration and reciting for this evidentiary documentation, the treasonous and dastardly surreptitious criminal transgressions of one Steven Kent Austin (aka: Steve Austin). Here are some charges against culprit Steve Austin of TAG Entertainment, and his subsidiary ventures.

CRIMES AGAINST ALMIGHTY GOD: Steven Kent Austin did deliberately use the righteous reputation of Almighty God and the name of Christ to get people to trust the movie company and subsidiaries in question, so Steve could get his hands on their money with the intention of swindling his victims. Thereby God was defrauded since the earned and worthy cause of faith for Godliness was defrauded and brought down, from said bad behaviour of Steve Austin's scheming activities.

CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY: Steven Kent Austin over several years time did scheme with other culprits to steal the hard earned financial resources of his plotted victims, without regard to the possible severe and lasting effects of loss and hardship, to each and if advantageous to Steve then every one ("to Hell with them") of his trusting investors.

CRIMES AGAINST HIS-OWN PEOPLE: In their game plan then, was the almost certainly lavish ("the price is no object") wedding of daughter Alana, and probably the also expensive recently dissolving of assets divorce from his previous marriage. However, seemingly enough even these people would like to have this man as a part of their life whom they could rightfully respect, and not have to answer all those unpleasant questions because of their affinity with Steven Kent Austin.

CRIMES AGAINST HIMSELF: All now victimized by these events investors were rooting for Steven Kent Austin at one point... Remember that? When we were so excited and purposefully optimistic about this tremendous idea of a wholesome, carefully managed Hollywood family film company that we were invited to be involved with. The fact is... Steve had it made in a good way. This was a done deal... that was fated to succeed! If Steve Austin had not apparently been so Hell bent on cheating the investors, he would have seen the sunshine of a new day and bright tomorrows. This train was bound for glory and great profitability. In fact at least for someone, several of our invested small budget movies are very profitable much like the storied unplanned consequences of The Producers. The problem is the money was pocketed, and now Steve has to explain the unexplainable. Rather than the "made man" of a booming Hollywood film production company, Steven Kent Austin will loose whatever capital he is unable to hide away offshore probably. He will get sued in court for many years, and will be answering to the investors he has cheated, and the governments he has not paid taxes to. His planned upcoming Bankruptcy proceedings will be challenged at every action. Not to mention almost certainly having to spend many years of his life locked away in federal prison, with justifiably angry investors present at probation hearings to remind the courts of what crimes this Steve Austin has executed.

Through the course of time, you decide if these Statements of Fact are in fact accurate.
Is this Steve Austin... a self-styled Robin Hood / Robber Baron, just another will-do-anything-to-get-his-hands-on-your-money crook, or a highly ethical entrepreneur? We will begin to know more at the sentencing and restitution trial date of July 13, 2009.

There was presented an Internet publishing to expose Steven Kent Austin as a fraud and rip-off artist; and cheated investor added comments at the TAGEntertainmentFraud.COM site.
Following are some comments taken from the TAGEntertainmentFraud.COM site.
Comments: Honest Abe
1 Where is my proceeds check Steven Kent Austin? Huh!!!!! I cant wait to testify against you in court. Things will not go well for you, if your estimate is that us investors in Fairy Tale Partners III are a bunch of silly fools. You are wrong! If you think we are sooo stupid...

2 General Posts About Steve Austin and Tag Entertainment / Tag Entertainment Rip Off Report / Will Steven Kent Austin Spend The Remainder Of His Life In Federal Prison? on: December 15, 2008, 08:29:27 PM The question is... Will Steven Kent Austin spend the remainder of his life in federal prison? A very real possibility if Steven Kent Austin persists with his lies and cheating ways into and before the federal court system. There is another fraud scheme - warranting another State of California Desist And Refrain Order that names Steve Austin for involved crimes. Criminal provocation is proven at the following link...
http://www.corp.ca.gov/ENF/pdf/2008/avalonFamily_dr.pdf
NOTE: My impression is that this Avalon scam is the result of Steven Kent Austin mentoring and selling a list of names he bought that was used to contact some investors now victimized and plaintiffs in the federal case that STEVEN KENT AUSTIN is now under prosecution of! With honest people trying to do their best to earn a living, why would that cheating and lieing and scheming "bag of wind" named Steven Kent Austin ever expect to receive anything other than life in prison? Especially after he attempts to withhold information about what happened to all the money that he and the other crooks at TAG and Enriching Entertainment got their greasy hands on... What evidence do us investors now have to the otherwise?

3 Our Money Invested in Tag Entertainment and Legal Issues / Will the FBI help us? / Persona Non Gratis... Steven Kent Austin will seek to evade a lifetime in prison on: December 02, 2008, 08:43:27 PM Whilst you trip the floor lights off, perhaps it is best you hasten not too much to ponder how Steve will feel about spending the rest of his natural born life tucked away in a federal prison cell. Not even anyone will care much twenty years from now if he gets 25 years or more for deliberately making false statements in his federal court defense; except for him. While not all these movies made much money; Lord know that one or more never even existed. Several of these movies are very profitable. I agree with you that future restitution will not be directly fair; according to what would normally occur in a real-world situation where you have a legitimate company office actually processing with credulity the proceeds income. Certainly, nothing like that happened at TAG. For sure not anything near all the portions of these movie theater proceeds around the world will be realized and forthcoming to me and other of the investors bearing trust towards these matters. Boiler Rooms do have pipes, and much of the monies disappeared into a siphon hole somewhere. However, a very few operators were at the controls. Mostly what I was referring to is the obvious corner Steven Kent Austin finds himself in now. Of course this contraption of a loose caboose attracted many a charming salesman with pursed lips. That's not the point. Partnership investors actually own a specific percent of the movies, where these movie partnership shares were issued. There are other advantages for potential gains from these investments that I decide to not divulge here. And... there is also the matter of Steve's latest offer called TAG Productions. Sometime or another, Steve will have to come to grips with the discovery process. He has the option of making serious attempts to live up to agreements signed over to us investors. This will go on for many years. I have no objection to him being released from prison after having performed dutifully regardful towards us investors. The prosecution and judgeship are certainly far from stupid, indeed. All governments need to recover taxes as well. Keep in mind that a surprising number of us investors are extremely persistent, and Steve has much to be worried about. There is no way that Steven Kent Austin is going to lie and cheat his way out of this one. Many people will continue to pursue this matter, until there is nothing more that can be done to recover. Especially in this era of restrictive financial capital, that will probably become so much more desperate going forward. Cash is hard to earn. When TAG salesmen called, investors planned to make a profit. These movies' cash proceeds pulled a "disappearo"... I estimate the total heist to be way in excess of 100 million dollars. Steve Austin is so way over the limit at the swindling that retribution is certain. TAG and Enriching Entertainment are under scrutiny. How far did Lou Pearlman get for long. Do you think he is trying to buy his way out of prison by "ratting" on other TAG insiders. Unlike what Lou and Steve probably thought, very few investors plan to simply write this one off as a tax deduction. I have barely begun to fight them. This is my 46th topic or posting at this internet site, that represents a small portion of my efforts to recover these proceeds funds unsent to me. When Steve decided to cheat me, that could have been one of his worst moments for scam reward over risk cost averaging. Furthermore, my efforts are considered trivial by other investors whom I have spoken with. Steve Austin's worst moments will only be magnified unless he is honest with the federal judge. It is in Steve's best interest to be fair and honest to the best of his knowledge, and we may well be surprised that he changes for the better now. He has good qualities, or he would not have been able to get people to volunteer or work for almost nothing on the movie projects' productions. I expect to make a profit on these movies, probably for many years. We have yet to discover how all this works out. I would like to be pleasantly surprised when Steve Austin is able to right this ship in a good way. 3. manfred7 Says: Your comment is awaiting moderation. 12 May, 2009 at 8:22 pm

4 General Posts About Steve Austin and Tag Entertainment / Talk About Tag and Steve Austin / DISgusting Crime Case Information on: November 29, 2008, 07:51:27 PM Just where did your claim of a 55 to 80 percent fee charge arrive from? The movies I bought units in have a 15 percent sales fee charge on investment. Furthermore, the movies I sent money for are highly profitable. My movie profits are there OK. It is just that the money went "vamos". Steve got a little crazy, and wired and dropped the money away so far from us investors. Your thoughts that TAG investors are dunces is not for the most or at all accurate. The crimes were cleverly designed plots that cheated many wise investors. With the movies I invested in, TAG and Enriching Entertainment made low-life deals to divert and then later outright steal the proceeds. How a normal investor would have known this was going to happen? Your comments do not fit on Supercross: The Movie for sure... If you have any accurate and pertinent information about this case, then please send your words of knowledge to the U. S. Department of Justice. Their prosecution see enough evidence and worth in this case to extend the discovery and recovery phase until the day of judgment on March 2nd, 2009. 8 Our Money Invested in Tag Entertainment and Legal Issues / Will the FBI help us? / Re: Austin and Pearlman find greener pastures on Orange County talent land, they on: November 24, 2008, 08:50:08 PM Dear MC, Professor Brighton, finished investor, and all, So fine of you to care enough to voice your interest and opinion on this blessed site... Tag Entertainment Fraud is practically the only Internet site available where the people can learn about this information. The movie partnership contracts have a 15 percent fee due the salesmen, not 60 percent. While you were so inclined and just perhaps a bit DIS interested, I proceeded to exercise my Constitutional right to knock out some information gained from calls to dat San Mo company headquarters, on a two page letter mailed to Jeff Alabaso that he received on Friday, November 14th. Jeff Alabaso said the next step was to supply my letter to the prosecuting attorneys. I am sure they received my letter before the conclusion of Monday, November 17th. It is my understanding that a decision was reached to delay the sentencing and restitution phase of the trial due to the necessity from problems regarding monetary recovery, by late in the day of Tuesday, November 18. I received a call from Jeff Alabaso with the new sentencing and restitution hearing that was rescheduled for another three months out from the morning of Wednesday, November 19. My hope is that some of the information that I supplied to the U.S. Department of Justice might stir the coals enough to catch Steve Austin and the rest of the crooks over at dat gum shod TAG and Enriching Entertainment bungle-Oh, in what could be the almost certain event that they are trying to wit-hold information about what happened to all dat "loot" TAG movers and shakers made off with. It's kinda funny what about da money. A clear-o disappear-o. One thing is for sure... Federal Judges tend to frown... then become long-term minded towards defendants in their court who deliberately lie, cheat, and try to withhold evidence. This article in the Washington Post might throw some light on the alternative to the future vacation plans dat Steven Kent Austin entertains. Even at this late hour, his imagination might be working overtime. One thing is for sure, I have not heard a word from him since he last cut off my phone call. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/09/24/AR2006092400914.html White Collar Crime is getting up there with murder and the rest of them. Especially if the culprit is a skillful liar. They tend to think they can get away with it. Deliberately not telling the truth is usually not a successful tactic when reckoning with most Federal Judges. Furthermore, those DOJ Agents generally don't ask your permission, they tell you what to do or else. I have a feeling that this Steve may have tried to get away with something during his court defense case, then got caught at his game. If so, very bad news for him. We will soon know.

9 General Posts About Steve Austin and Tag Entertainment / Talk About Tag and Steve Austin / Now JULY 6TH, 2009 - Another Sentencing and Restitution court date re-schedule on: November 19, 2008, 05:27:25 PM Today, another Sentencing and Restitution court date re-scheduling occurred. The new scheduling for the United States Federal Court sentencing of Steven Kent Austin and the beginning of forced restitution to many swindled investors has been set back to begin on March 2nd April 6th, July 6th of 2009. The reason given is that The United States Department of Justice needs move time, due to the complexity of the recovery process. This re-scheduling is important, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office. I would really hope to get Steve Austin in court as soon as possible, yet I more am pleased that the U. S. Attorney's Office is willing to spend additional time on this prosecution of Steve's attempted swindling activities of me and others. There must be a good reason for the attorneys to perform additional recovery actions. I have stated on this Internet site previously that during Steve Austin's trips in-part used to sell the 1600 reels of Supercross: The Movie overseas, he would have ample opportunity to find his favorite hiding places to stash the cash for later... Even if there was a unified investor litigation effort, just the government's actions made to this time would have cost investors probably at least a million dollars of fees in civil court actions, and for much less potential results. I thank God for what is happening with this federal case to prosecute Steven Kent Austin for trying to swindle away my hard earned money. This federal case verses this Steve Austin sure beats the alternative of hundreds of futile civil litigation suits - stoking up the TAG and Enriching Entertainment defense attorney's fees being drawn almost certainly from movie investor's sent in capital. If you have an opinion regarding the successful usefulness of this additional time to further find out where the money has gone to, this topic has a poll whereby to cast your opinion... NO COURT HEARING OF THIS CASE IS NOW SCHEDULED FOR DECEMBER 1ST, 2008. Or for ther postponed sentencing court judgment days, due to difficulty in recovering and planning for victims payments provisions. 13 General Posts About Steve Austin and Tag Entertainment / What is the latest news with Steve Austin? / Da Godfather of Film Fraud (SKA) isss The Austin Gang Wring-Leader on: August 20, 2008, 07:39:59 PM Hi MC, Number One: Circumstances leading up to "dis" major player's action will be aired at the Sentencing and Restitutions Trial in Federal Court. Now showing December first at one PM. Showing... in the sense that this could be a show that will make even Hollywood blush. Number Two: Steven Kent Austin works. The wrestler overshadows all others. Maybe "dis" SKA could be an opening act, if and when SKA gets out of prison. Number Three: "Da" Godfather of Film Fraud has scammed at least one hundred million greenies! Probably much more. What a take! Wow. Number Four: TAG had the unified corporate-line of their's being a Christ centered business producing ethical family friendly movies, and eventually becoming a major player in Hollywood. Everyone at all the company phones repeated this same line over and over again, so that all the investors heard a unified theme. That way, the investors would not become suspicious and would keep sending in money. Number Five: Steven Kent Austin tried to evade arrest from what I hear. He was picked up somewhere in the Los Angeles area. A judge allowed his release on bail. I do not know what the figure is, although the amount of bail posted is probably substantial. Supposedly, SKA is liquidating his real estate that I heard he bought around the world. I have never figured out where the money actually went. One thing is for sure... Steven Kent Austin is now trying to establish his ability to earn money to pay investors with. If he can secure a large source of income, that would increase the likelihood of getting out on parole soon or possibly not even going to prison. No one in Hollywood will hire him, from what I was told. He sold the Malibu estate he put in his new wife's name. I do not think the money from the Malibu house has been seized. I hope we will find out that the money has been seized. Prior to several years ago, SKA lived in a simple house with a white picket fence from what I am told. He lately moved briefly to Utah. I heard he has now moved from Utah, and is living in Orange County. From what I hear, SKA has found a somewhat questionably ethical talent company to work at. If so, SKA is operating on the fringes of Hollywood society. That may be the plan for now. He was hawking OC shopping malls for talent, and now has positioned himself to be part owner in this talent company. All of what I have just written is only what I have heard, and I have no actual evidence if this talent agency stuff is true. Who knows what will happen after the Sentencing and Restitutions Trial. Much money was taken in and I have no idea where it is now. Number Six: I heard the judge allowed a 20 year term of settlement to this Fraud-Swindles, and Knowingly Files a False Tax Statement case prosecution. I have never been told anything by a government official anything, except that some equity has been seized and that investors listed as victims in this prosecution will receive some payments from the litigation. Even if a 20 year tenure is true, this does not determine SKA will spend 20 years of his life in prison. Whether or not SKA is a flight risk can only be known within the mind of SKA. Keep in your mind that SKA is the person that willfully destroyed a sure thing successful business, and stuffed his pockets full of millions and millions of his trusting investors money. Anything is possible. 9. manfred7 Says: Your comment is awaiting moderation. 12 May, 2009 at 8:44 pm 4 Victim Impact Letter - very important! / What is the Victim Impact Letter? / Honorable Margaret M. Morrow a fair Judge; will deliver warranted stern sentence on: August 07, 2008, 01:43:40 PM Of Department of Justice Case Number 2007R02168 and Docket Number CR 07-1071: The official in charge of this federal case, enjoyed a mid western values upbringing found at her hometown Columbus, Nebraska. Federal Judge Margaret graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1974, and began her legal career in Washington DC. She was selected the best candidate among many highly qualified attorneys for a necessary magistrate, then appointed Justice in the United States District Court for the Central District of California Central California by President Bill Clinton. The Honorable Judge Margaret M. Morrow generally is thought of as fair, and deemed to provide rulings with justified sentencing decision results. Federal Judge Morrow has proven herself capable of delivering a stern sentencing, of any case in her court deserving of judicious warranted long-term prison and very large financial recovery judgments. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Margaret_M._Morrow She is able to rule for a long term sentencing and large financial recovery if the situation so determines, as shown in a 25 year federal prison term sentencing plus 20 million Dollars restitution for customer victims of Employers Mutual LLC. The customers were left with 20 million Dollars of unpaid claims they were told were insured. The funds were claimed due and payable because of policy premiums accepted by the defendant. The case was filed based upon missing policy pay-outs, when and after the defendant closed the company doors. http://www.dol.gov/ebsa/pdf/graf.pdf I think the case against Steven Kent Austin is even stronger than the case above stated. From what I read of the following money MAIL FRAUD, MONEY LAUNDERING, WIRE FRAUD, and CONSPIRACY case, Judge Morrow ruled for a very large $240,295,910 financial restitution due from the defendant. http://buttersquash.net/archives/slatkin-criminal.htm A former Grateful Dead manager was sentenced to five years in federal prison for 2.2 million Dollars of unpaid taxes. http://www.marinij.com/marin/ci_5643192 Steven Kent Austin owes much more than 2.2 million Dollars in taxes from all of the money he brought in directly from investors and received from proceeds then never reported the income of. If he has never reported all or any of the income from these movie partnerships' to us investors, how could he have reported all or any of the income from these movies' proceeds on his federal taxes? He also brought in many millions of Dollars for movies that never got produced. Financial misappropriation is of course an item of recovery. If you are a victim included in this federal case, you may also ask for compensation due from personal suffering and loss damages, and compensation for mental or emotional suffering damages. ATTENTION: IF YOU ARE YET TO MAIL IN YOUR VICTIM IMPACT STATEMENT The correct way to mail in your Victim Impact Statement is... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Judge Margaret M. Morrow Attention; Jeff Alabaso, Victim-Witness Assistance Program Case Number 2007R02168 and Docket Number CR 07-1071 (Steven Kent Austin, defendant) U.S. Attorney's Office 312 North Spring Street, Suite 1700 (this is the new suite number for the case) Los Angeles, California 90012 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Sentencing and Restitutions Trial was re-scheduled, and then planned to commence on Monday, December 01, 2008, at 1:15 PM. This court time was again delayed due to difficulty in the recovery process. A NEW FEDERAL COURT COURT HEARING OF THIS CASE WAS AGAIN RE-SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 2ND, 2009. THIS DATE IS AGAIN SET TO A LATER TIME. THE LATEST RE-SCHEDULING WAS SET FOR THIS FINAL SENTENCING OF CRIMINAL FELON STEVEN KENT AUSTIN TO OCCUR ON APRIL 6TH, AT 1:15 PM. Yet Again this sentencing is rescheduled. THIS TIME FOR JULY 6TH, AT 1:15 AND AT THIS SAME COURT ROOM. Extra time is needed to work on the recovery process. Probably this latest delay is the last, and the proceedings will actually take place on the upcoming July 6th, 2009 date. I actually think this is a good sign; meaning that serious problems exist with recovering stolen monies of partnerships' investor capital and proceeds due them. If there are major problems with the recovery process, then that tells me there is a major intent to put said monies to safe receivership. Federal agents continue to search for value due these movies' investments. In my opinion, this is the reason for mid January and Mid February re-sets of the sentencing and restitution phase of this public trial's conclusion. Trial resolution public disclosure is now planned for July 6th of 2009 at 1:15 PM. This trial is taking place before Judge Margaret M. Morrow at Courtroom #780 of the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building and Courthouse. This courthouse is located at 255 East Temple Street in Los Angeles, California. There are approximately 800 victims nationwide who are covered by this federal prosecution. All plaintiffs in the court litigation are eligible to give their victim impact statement directly to the defendant, Steven Kent Austin. The public is welcome to attend.
Now you have additional time to mail in your Victim Impact Statement, so that Judge Morrow will have sufficient time to review all of the information. This is your best chance to bring Steven Kent Austin to justice. This is a federal case. Power is available to demand actions thereby delivering sentencing and restitution. There is no reason to believe that other culprits working at TAG and Enriching Entertainment (with Steve) will be prosecuted by the federal government. This is it! Make your best case regarding your victimization by these criminals who took their marching orders from Steven Kent Austin. You can try collecting money through the civil court system. To my knowledge, so far no investor has ever been able to carry judgment papers around and get paid. Steven Kent Austin certainly has Bankruptcy Court as his final game plan. This scam was carefully planned out ahead of time, to be sure of TAG's maximum reward for minimal risk of prison time. I think Austin may have actually thought he could skip the country, like Lou Pearlman tried to dance off into the sunset. These crooks at TAG and Enriching Entertainment have deviloped this very clever scam that ripped off even sophisticated investors. Now is the time for their victims to become even more vigilant. This season of war on the scoundrels who thought it was funny trying to rip-off "dumb investors", by plotting company officers who selected for being "stupid enough to actually believe that TAG and Enriching Entertainment ever intended to pay" us who invested capital into these movie partnerships, is in the final stages. The battle charge is preparing about the federal courthouse. Thank God that the federal government is willing to step into this tangled scheme that the criminals at TAG and Enriching Entertainment perpetrated upon their trusting investors whom were on whatever list Steven Kent Austin purchased from an investment research company. That list of investors names is now apparently now possibly being used by Rena Tonelli at Trifecta Productions, and also provided to the folks at Avalon Productions (now under Cease and Desist Order from the State of California). Without the federal government work, how could the victimized investors of the movies covered with this federal prosecution possibly hope to recover thier initial investment on the at times very profitable movies made with our absconded investors' capital? Would anyone at TAG and Enriching Entertainment every pay any money due to the investors, unless a life-time prison termination is the certain alternative? Rather than spend the next 25 years in prison (if that over wieght bunko lives that long), prisoner Lou Pearlman would now cough up the money. Too bad for all of us that he already squandered most of it on male prostitutes and whatever other vices he could make-off with on his world jaunts. I think that Steve Austin's world travels were busy finding places to stash the money from selling the approximate 1,600 theatrical movie reels of Supercross: The Movie, along with the disappearo' of whatever else Steven Kent Austin cashed-in...and thus soon thereafter attempted to steal from these movies' investors!!!! Have the Feds been able to find what happened to the "loot"? Will we ever know? Do we investors have any chance to recover more than our initial investment with these in some instances very financially successful movie partnerships? What more can we do about these questions? Do you care? Is this another yet another instance of blatant corruption running wild and free? Probably so, if not for this battle charge enforcement executed from the United States Department of Justice action with the esteemed Judgeship of Margaret M. Morrow.
I have doubts that investor pulsed civil litigation will ever bring success for the financial recovery from this gang of scoundrels over at TAG and Enriching Entertainment. These crooks are way-too-smart to stash these movies' proceeds and other monetary profits in any bank. Way, way too clever and deceitful for leaving to cash laying about. Did anyone say, "Laundry Service." TAG and Enriching planned this scam down to the smallest detail, and that thief Austin is smart. Because of this additional further United States Department of Justice federal prosecution work being done now, covered investors have another extra quarter of a year to bring all your evidence forward, so that Judge Margaret M. Morrow will be able to properly execute justice upon that cheating liar-scoundrel Steven Kent Austin.

15.Response to yesterday posted questions of MC, Answer 1: What everyone said at TAG is that Steve is some kind of a movie powerhouse, if not a saint. They add he is perhaps the pioneering force of a new era of Hollywood movie making; all the while highly ethical, sincere, down to earth and up in the clouds, a visionary, important, genuine, a real nice guy, like able, good to others, careful, a real go getter, always working and playing hard, trustworthy, the cornerstone of "the company". What I know for sure about Steven Kent Austin is that all the money I am owed by his companies' partnerships has never yet been paid to me. I believe his family moved from Texas to SoCal many years ago, and Steve has been modeling, acting, directed a movie or so, and been working in the Movie & TV industry producing, and etcetera, of varieties starting about from his youth. They live amongst the LA major, Santa Monica, Palm Springs, then lately Malibu set. Somehow lately, his living standard took a huge upswing. Answer 2: To sabotage those companies that were perfectly suited for becoming very successful and profitable makes no sense at all. However, I do not think he is crazy. No insanity defense is applicable for him. Not even for Lou Pearlman, that "fatso". Answer 3: You could say that Steve Austin has already gotten away with it; he did live several years in extreme luxury on our money. Probably he has hidden millions of Dollars in converted money, and bought things around the world. Steve Austin will spend many years in prison, by what I see happening in the federal court system. Justice delayed is not justice lost. Today I learned that yesterday the sentencing and restitution court date is postponed until December first. This is not all good for Steve, since the information gathering and recovery process is expanded. Steve was thinking about the "good times" he was having. - What else? Answer 4: It is certainly easy for me to believe that everyone who worked at TAG, Austin Family, and Enriching Entertainment for any length of time had to know something devious was going on. I probably talked with more than twenty different people at the TAG Headquarters. Many were phone receptionists who never had any information with which to answer my questions. I talked with Steve Austin also, but since 2006 he nearly always seemed to be out of town. I surmise he was often out of The States, during that year or so. Everyone sounded like they were having a great time, the party never stopped. Now we know how the party was financed. These people claimed moral virtue, yet I am sure they partied to the extreme so far out there that even the surrounding Hollywood locals thought the goings on were outrageous. I don't remember the names of most of the people I talked with. If you are looking for names, the best way is on the Internet at IMDB.com Pro for each movie and also TAG Entertainment. About all of the long term staff had direct lines to the movie monies, in my opinion. Answer 5: This matter is not finished yet. Unlike most, I expect to make at least a marginal profit on the financially successful movies I invested in. You could say that I also have learned that some people are extremely talented at saying total lies directly to others. TAG was in Hollywood, and these people are actors on their stage. "Conscience? Not a problem... Gee Whiz, how stupid are those investors anyway?" Let's see how well TAG staffers act now... If any TAG people are still in town. I would like to see other of these swindlers in federal and state government courts. Elected officials are the keys to these doors now. Governments are low on cash, and the clash of voter demands rings louder than the whimpering of just another bunch of "looosers". Demanding action seems the only way we will be paid from these investments. I am sure that more people are writing letters than those already counted as victims. I hope the current federal action is deemed worthy of the amount of time and work this case in the Margaret M. Morrow Court must require. I do not see the federal courts caving in to TAG, it is just that dealing with so many victims is an enormous amount of technical work. Yet this work is vital for me, since I do not think The Austin Gang will ever respond to a civil suit. The money is too well hidden, in my opinion. Answer 6: The movies I invested in are a good show; especially for supposedly cost to make (let's see the receipts) five million Hollywood Dollars. 11. manfred7 Says: Your comment is awaiting moderation. 12 May, 2009 at 8:56 pm

16 General Posts About Steve Austin and Tag Entertainment / Talk About Tag and Steve Austin / Case Number 2007R02168 and Docket Number CR 07-1071 Court Date Postponed on: August 06, 2008, 05:52:36 PM At approximately 4:30 PST of Tuesday, August 5, 2008 - Case Number 2007R02168 and Docket Number CR 07-1071 Sentencing and Restitution Federal Court hearing is officially postponed. A new time of sentencing and restitution was to be on Monday, December 01, 2008/ NOW JULY 13th, 2009. Federal Court proceedings of Judge Margaret M. Morrow will begin at 1 PM. Situations regarding the recovery process have made necessary another court sentencing delay... THE NEW FEDERAL COURT HEARING OF THIS CASE IS NOW SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 2ND APRIL 6TH /JULY 6th/ NOW JUL 13th, 2009. Federal agents continue to search for value due these movies' investments. The sentencing and restitution phase of the public trial was again re-scheduled, and is now planned for March 2nd April 6th of 2009 at 1:15 PM. This trial is taking place before Judge Margaret M. 17 General Posts About Steve Austin and Tag Entertainment / What is the latest news with Steve Austin? / Judgement Day approaching for Steven Kent Austin on: August 05, 2008, 03:51:45 PM MC, Actually you are somewhat of a sounding board for my thoughts, and appreciated. Thanks for your time. Answer 1: Barry Gold was among several professional salesmen who would say anything to get the sale. Each said he was a TAG Entertainment employee. Rena Tonelli later told me that they were only people who worked on the movie's production crews, and that TAG could not be responsible for anything they said on their cell phones while outside of the office. Recently, I heard from an investor that the sales crew were high pressure salesmen from Las Vegas. The sales men were just that - professional commissioned sales people who travel around doing just this type of liquid sales programs. Sales for sale, regardless of legitimacy or not. Supercross: The Movie was originally a five million Dollar partnership, with the option to add an additional one million Dollars if the need came up (as I remember reading the contract). Steve Austin told me that he had authorized additional (4.3 million Dollars or so) units to pay for advertising and promotion of the movie. As far as I can determine, David Borg is a nobody from nowhere who was used to build up the myth of TAG Entertainment being a prestige organization. Enriching Entertainment offices are closed, in effect. Borg must have taken his share of the action. He is a Canadian citizen. I have no idea where Borg is now. Rena Tonelli has been with Steven Kent Austin since around the beginning of the TAG Entertainment plan, ten years ago. She told me and others that she is in charge of Investor Relations. Rena constantly and always spoke the company line of what great investments these are, and what an opportunity to be part of this ethical new frontier in Hollywood movie making. She could only sell me TAGE shares in 25,000 Dollar blocks, since the Pre-IPO 3.00 per share price was such a bargain. The TAGE stocks did climb in value in the Spring of 2005 - during their first few months on the market, due to expectations of the Supercross: The Movie release. When this movie's showings revealed how badly the film had been "gutted" the TAGE stocks took an immediate nosedive. I am not sure if Pre-IPO shares could have been sold during the first few months. Up until at least near the very day TAG Entertainment unplugged the phones at their Hollywood office of TAG Productions, Rena was saying that the partnerships were on track and that TAGE stocks were about to run up in value. The downtown Hollywood office of newly formed TAG Productions was accepting calls, after the Santa Monica office of TAG Entertainment relocated and soon thereafter those phone lines were disconnected. She is a shill, who is listed as a producer of several TAG movies. Yet someone claiming to be Rena at this site says she was always only an independent contractor at TAG. Answer 2: You are probably correct. This is a scandal that has all the earmarks of paparazzi "Weekly Press". Even Steve himself is probably becoming worried about his being totally humiliated, at least on a local level amongst the people he has been making deals with and trying to impress in SoCal limelight. Answer 3: Jeff Alabasso told me that there are already more than fifteen victims signed up to testify at the sentencing and restitution trial phase proceedings. I am one of them. I hope to become one of Steven Kent Austin's worst nightmares during the next several weeks, unless he pays me before this trial's sentencing and restitutions Judgment Day. He did some very nasty things to me. I am pretty sure he knows who I am by now. Trying to rip me off could become about the biggest mistake Steven Kent Austin will ever make; since if I am ripped off by this, then my goal is to do everything possible to make sure Steven Kent Austin spends as many years behind prison bars as is possible. Additional victims are still calling to request testimony time at the proceedings. There is still some room for additional victims to testify. Plaintiffs need to call soon, before the roll is completed. You will have at least two minutes to speak before the trial proceedings, if you invested in the movies covered by this trial and you call before the next short length of time. This testimony doorway will be closed well before the court day. All us who are to testify could have an added option to meet somewhere in LA, and talk things over before the trial sentencing proceedings. Like an army united before battle victorious. Sounds super. If this crook does not pay us, then I would like to see him in prison for the next 20 years. Then if he gets a parole hearing, I'll be there to make sure he goes back in the slammer. Prison could be the only place for Steven Kent Austin, could be safer for him there. Probably Lou Pearlman is already learning to adjust to prison life. Federal prisons are clean, and the food is OK. Their's is a camp where all the utilities are paid for by the government, just so pilfering crooks like these two are not able to victimize others. I read in the paper today that recently an insurance sales agent got a nine year federal prison sentence for conspiring then processing twenty four fraudulent insurance claims amounting to about two million Dollars in total larceny. Just off the top of my head, knowing what I do now it seems entirely possible that these TAG crooks have ripped off somewhere around 100 million Dollars (or perhaps much more). I would like to see Steven Kent Austin spend the rest of his life in prison unless he pays me in full... Certainly he should get at least much longer than only nine years behind prison bars. Steven Kent Austin would only be 57 if he gets out in nine years, and in my mind would be able to spend the leftover millions of probably converted Dollars that are laying about around the world. That would be too pleasant a fate for someone who ripped off little old ladies out of their life's savings. There are about 1,000 people he has ripped off that I know about, and most of them have no good intentions toward Steven Kent Austin. Answer 4: The fulfillment of SEC public access requirements for IPO offerings was a believable reason for these partnerships in 2003, 2004, and early 2005. I checked with a brokerage firm in New York before investing. I am sure TAG sales people explained these partnerships units offerings as a necessary business fiduciary, to many potential investors. Answer 5: What made the altruist line so powerful is that Steve Austin had established himself for many years in Hollywood. A list of scores of virtuous and nice Hollywood talent had already graced TAG Entertainment productions. Wonderful people like Betty White and others would speak highly of Steve, and they were willing to work for almost no money just to be helpful. Answer 6: You (MC) mentioned my challenge that was largely a rhetorical statement. Although Steve Austin and those other crooks are out there, and covering their crime scene while reading this. 13. manfred7 Says: Your comment is awaiting moderation. 12 May, 2009 at 8:59 pm

18 General Posts About Steve Austin and Tag Entertainment / What is the latest news with Steve Austin? / Federal Court Effective, And How! on: August 04, 2008, 02:46:49 PM MC, Answer 1: Barry Gold was perhaps the premiere Vegas salesman at the compound. He portrayed a Hollywood-ized persona that became increasing high pressure. Towards December during 2004 TAG added another 4.3 million Dollar investor enrichment to the Supercross: The Movie partnership offering portfolio, that Steve Austin later told me was for advertising and promotional purposes. Barry Gold wanted as much of this commission sales action as he could get. Answer 2: The sentencing and restitution phase of the trial is open to the public. There could be media people at the trial if the event is big enough. Answer 3: Be it known that all people not listed as victims are able to contact The United States District Court for the Central District of California / Western Division, in order to request public court seating where these events are to occur - that being before U.S. District Judge Margaret M. Morrow, at the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building and Courthouse, located at 255 E. Temple Street, in Los Angeles, California. Therewith, you request a reservation at the trial. The expediency and availability of reserved public seating, I do not know. You may otherwise just get there early in the day, and come with someone who you will trade off saving seats with. A supreme platform is now is available to reserve for each investor due from the partnerships of the movies covered by the federal prosecution; to actually in-court explain and show on the defendant's day of sentencing, all the suffering and hardship each victim has been forced to endure because of the blatant and pre-meditated fraud and corruption conspired and perpetrated upon them from the multitude predatory, outrageous, and evil acts of Steven Kent Austin. The federal court system may consider all the damages to be greater than the monetary disappearances alone. Answer 4: TAG salesmen uniformly told me the main reason I was being offered the movie partnerships units was due to SEC stock securities requirements that there be a Pre-IPO minimum percentage to public - dispersal of TAG related corporate holdings. Answer 5: I often have people contact me about investment opportunities. Rarely do I have anything to do with them. It just so happens that this offering was something that I had a particular intrigue for due to my faith and work. Answer 6:: There are numerous lawsuits. I hear over 100 so far in civil court. Again, good luck ever collecting on these. My information says that the federal case is the only sure opportunity to collect so far. I think the states will sue after the federal verdict is processed. If named in the federal case, the Victim's Impact Statement is a profound opportunity to claim damages of all sorts due from the misappropriation of funds. The federal courtroom victim's damages statements are an even more powerful testimony that these conspiring people have no ability to defend themselves from. If you are Steven Kent Austin or a co-conspiring criminal - then you have reason to be worried about your future.

19 General Posts About Steve Austin and Tag Entertainment / What is the latest news with Steve Austin? / TAG, Austin Family, & Enriching Entertainment MŽnage au Swindlers Boomerang on: August 02, 2008, 04:50:50 PM MC, At least you are persistent. These TAG, Austin Family, Enriching Entertainment enrichment of their own pockets with our money entertainment production swindlers will see their worst plans boomerang back and hit them in the mid-rear fatty deposits. Keep hacking your way to the mountaintop. Answer 1. Steven Kent Austin never did actually stand trial. He is too smart to actually even try to come up with some storyline as to how this happened. His attorney(s) entered a request for a No Contest Plea Agreement. This request in some form was accepted by the federal court. Since almost absolutely certainly Steven Kent Austin had his fingers in the money pots of all the movie partnerships covered in the federal case, this court is probably establishing ruling and overriding dispersal of funds from all movies listed in this court action. Answer 2. There are about 800 investors in the movies covered by the U.S. Department of Justice prosecution of Steven Kent Austin. Judge Morrow will read each Victim Impact Statement she receives. The victims statements are the most profound testimony for establishing the court sentencing of Citizen Felon. All people who received a FBI notification with information about the prosecution of Steven Kent Austin are strongly encouraged to mail in a Victim's Impact Statement at least a month before the sentencing hearing. If you also feel strong enough to publicly testify at the sentencing hearing, your statements about how the misappropriation of funds from these crooks effected your health and well being will be grounds for adjudication of damages from Mister Austin, and will also deter others from trying similar schemes. Answer 3. I have no knowledge of the current rights to the individual movies of these partnerships. Since I have been told that people with civil court judgments are completely unable to get paid, it seems like some or all of the movies proceeds rights have been sold. I don't know. If you received stock certificates in TAG Productions you could claim that you own the movies at some point in the future. That is if the stocks are worth more than the paper they are written on. It could have been another delay tackytic. Or, the offered to partnerships' unit owners TAG Productions shares may be real and valid in the future... I hope so. There could be inclusion in the federal court sentencing and restitution verdict some enforcement of future value of Tag Productions shares. TAG Productions shares value is an issue worth bringing up during the federal proceedings, in my opinion. Possibly the movies rights may be redeemed by the federal court, even if they were sold off to other distributors. Answer 4. High price Las Vegas sales people were brought in to sell these movie's partnerships' units of ownership, for 15 percent commission on each dollar brought in. Although, I heard that during 2006 and early 2007 many of the sales people were stiffed by Steve. He even went back to some of these sales people looking for work recently, and they told him where he could go. [I heard Steve could not get any work related to movie making, even after a desperate effort to prove his ability to earn money in the attempt to prove worthiness for a probation-only sentencing. I hear that Steve Austin is now working for a quasi-legal talent agency hawking shopping malls for teenage talent. That is the best he is able to do. No one else will have anything to do with him. During the "hey days", the sales people had a unified front of... Ethical, Bible Believing, Low Budget, Hollywood Backed (With Betty White and all), Tightly Monitored, Very Quick Turn-Around, Turn-Key, Movies Soon On Market, The Main Reason For Even Offering Partnership Shares Is Because Of Open-Market Ownership Offering Being Necessary To Meet SEC Stock Public-Offering Obligations, This Unit Is Only Available Because It Was Reserved For A Japanese Investor Who Has Cash Problems, Books Will Be Available To All Investors, With Steve Austin's Reputation Your In The Inside Of Hollywood, All The Best Deals And Discounts (There Was Some Truth To This Until Professional Talent Became Suspicious. Many fine Hollywood people virtually donated their time for these movies.), No Risk, Five To Ten Times Return On Your Money Guaranteed, Partnership Unit Share(s) Investors Will Have Their Initial Cash Outlay Returned As The Priority Of All Proceeds Income Until Their Initial Outlay Is Returned, All Investors Will Have Opportunity To Buy TAGE Shares At Pre-IPO Prices, Call Or Stop By If You Have Any Questions, Congratulations And Thanks For Being Part Of This New Era Of Moral And Ethical Hollywood Movie Making, Your Ship Has Come In (This line was not actually tried on me. I only heard this one from another investor.). Answer 5. When Barry Gold unduly pressured me for another hundred thousand Dollars. I was not sure of outright fraud until early 2007, when there is just no way the financials could not be forthcoming legitimately. Also, I never got a 2006 K1 for a movie that had been bringing in money for much of the year, from General Partner Steve Austin. Answer 6. TAG had a movie come out in 2006 that is financially successful. I think it is called Miracle Dogs Too. That is the last movie production I know about; since I hear Deal is not actually TAG Entertainment or affiliate owned in any way except as possibly a personal buy-in by certain TAG Producers, such as possibly Nzinga Garvey or also Steve Austin himself. Significant money continues to flow in from all of the movies that these crooks produced. It is not a question of there being no money. The question is where did all this money go away to. 14. manfred7 Says: Your comment is awaiting moderation. 12 May, 2009 at 9:01 pm

20 Tag Entertainment Stocks / Are my TAG stocks worth anything? / TAGE Stocks rated Z for December 2005 Quarter; because of accountancy problems on: August 01, 2008, 03:50:22 PM It did not take these pilferers long to start sucking down the cash. I think the TAGE stock went public in its original considered trustworthy form around April, 2005. Sorry to have to break this news to you, so I won't. Just go to this link. This is a heavy dose of reality. http://www.crmz.com/Report/ReportPreview.asp?BusinessId=5337699 Steven Kent Austin and these other criminals were skimming the money at least as far back as December, 2005.

21 General Posts About Steve Austin and Tag Entertainment / What is the latest news with Steve Austin? / Futile Civil Litigation Probably - Re: TAG/AUSTIN LAWSUITS on: July 31, 2008, 11:47:33 AM MC, I have returned from the mountain top. Just give me a moment to to brush the dust off my eyebrows. OK. I hope this is timely. 1. No concrete revelation has been given thus far; my feeling is that the federal agents seized more currency and movie rights than you may be thinking was seized from TAG and all the others from the beach lands. 2. Everyone named as a plaintiff in this federal criminal prosecution will get some return on their investment, I have been told. 3. Federal case plaintiff claimants are ranked with regards of how much currency they invested; the particulars about returns based upon how successful each movie is escapes me at the moment. Possibly because I have no idea. The movies I invested in are all making multitude of millions of Dollars, so admittedly I hope some consideration is made of how successful each movie partnership is. Since according to legend, other movie partnerships funds disappeared as if dropped down giant fissures that opened up in the sand. Where the recoverable assets are from, may be involved during payout consideration. I have no knowledge of these particulars. 4. This may be the final chapter for actually recovering any money from these people. I would estimate that the second best chance for recovering these investment monies is for California and also other States to engage in the fray. States empowerment is far less than this U. S. Department of Justice action. States pursuant actions are far more powerful than individual investor civil suits. It is amazing that even the Feds are able to recover anything at all. TAG and Enriching Entertainment "seamingly" hid the money in every known likelihood, and down some unlikely-hoods pockets to be sure... Don't you think? 5.. The Feds sued Steven Kent Austin only. I have no idea of their further intentions to pursue other General Partners, Producers, and Administrators there at TAG, Austin Family, and Enriching Entertainment headquarters. 6. The Feds are the action that matters, since the federal government has much power to force action for recovery of funds. The States are far more handicapped and await to fight another day, or not. It is possible that The State of California could get involved afterwards, if they think there is anything remaining to go after. Again, I doubt that TAG and Enriching Entertainment will ever respond to a civil suit in any substantive way. They will milk investor civil suits for legal defense costs from the partnerships and remaining company assets, in my opinion. Good luck ever getting paid from an individual civil action, even if you get a judgment. People have judgments without ever receiving a dime for their efforts, from what I hear. This makes me think that all the movie rights were sold off long ago, of all of the movies that were actually produced. You could write Arnold, he might be interested. 7. Thank God for the FBI investigation and recovery process. Thank God for the U. S. Department of Justice prosecution of Steven Kent Austin. In my opinion if the government had not stepped in then TAG and Enriching Entertainment would have nearly taken it all, and even lasted longer before closing down everything. Because of the government actions at least a goodly part of the financials will be recovered and sent to investors. My thinking is that due to the financial success of the movies I invested in, I will at least get my money returned back. Had TAG and Enriching Entertainment been considering treating their investors fairly, probably I would have long ago been paid much more than what I will receive now. I feel thankful to probably at least get the money I invested five years ago returned - minus the depreciation in the U. S. Dollar and the fact that I was going to buy Apple Incorporated stock or an even more than 10 to 1 successfully returning investment with this cash. Fully bearing my mind of this question, there is the returning idea that I will eventually make some financial profits on the currencies I sent in for these movies' partnerships.
